We are located in the Yelahanka area, tucked into the New Bombay Market near Umarwada. It’s a very active spot with people constantly moving through the market stalls and calling out prices. Our space is a bit quieter than the street outside, though you can still hear the motorbikes and the general chatter through the walls. We have some wooden furniture that’s been here for years and the walls have a few old calendars and charts pinned up. The floor is just simple stone that stays relatively cool even when the sun is hitting the market roof outside. People come to see us for all sorts of reasons, usually carrying bits of paper with dates and times written down. We spend a lot of our time looking at these details and checking our books. The air inside smells a bit like old paper and sometimes a little incense if we’ve had some burning in the morning. It isn’t a modern office with computers everywhere, just a basic room where we sit and talk to folks who walk in. Finding the right shop number in this market can be a bit tricky for newcomers, but once you’ve been here once, it’s easy enough. We don't have a fancy waiting room, just a bench where people sit and wait their turn while watching the market life go by outside the door.
