Bhagavathi Jyothishyalaya

Over on Majas Road, at number 150 in the first stage of Banashankari, you will find Bhagavathi Jyothishyalaya. We have a small place here that is dedicated to our work. It is not a modern office building with glass walls; it is a traditional space that feels comfortable for the people who come to see us. The road outside can get a bit loud with the traffic, but once you step inside, things quiet down a little. The smell of incense is usually in the air, which helps everyone feel a bit more relaxed. We have a few rugs on the floor and some simple wooden chairs for visitors to sit on while they wait. The walls are decorated with things that have been there for years, mostly just functional items and a few calendars. We spend a lot of time looking at charts and talking to the people who walk through the door. Every day is a bit different because everyone who comes in has a different story or a different reason for visiting. We don't use any fancy talk or try to sound more important than we are. We just sit at the desk, do the calculations, and share what we see. It is a quiet life in this part of Banashankari. Sometimes we drink tea while we work and watch the rain through the open door. It is just a small local spot where we have been for a long time.
