Mania Technologies Llp is on the 4th floor of Salarpuria Towers 1, which is at No 22 on Hosur Road. It’s a busy spot, and the building is quite large, so you have to take the lift up to find us. We’ve been set up here for a bit, handling different technology tasks and projects. Hosur Road is always packed with cars, so getting to work can be a challenge some mornings. Once we’re inside, it’s much calmer. The office has a decent view of the traffic below, which is fun to watch when you need a break. We are a small group of people who just enjoy building things and solving technical problems. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches. Usually, we just sit at our desks and work through our list of things to do. The furniture is okay, nothing special, just what we need to stay productive. We share the floor with some other businesses, so you see different people in the hallways. It feels like a productive environment. We don't try to make things sound more complicated than they are. If a project is hard, we just say so and figure out a way through it together. It’s a straightforward way to run a business and it seems to work for us.
