If you know Bangalore, you know how busy Infantry Road gets. We are located right there in the City Point building. It’s on the second floor, specifically suite SF 3. Being Makhija Asso Ipr Services P Ltd, we deal with a lot of specific details, but the office itself feels pretty standard. There is a lot of noise from the traffic outside, which is just part of being in this part of the city. You get used to the honking after a few weeks. The building has that typical commercial feel with various offices on every floor. We’ve been here long enough that the security guard at the gate doesn’t ask for our IDs anymore. Inside our space, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of folders. We don't have a big reception desk or anything like that. If someone walks in, whoever is closest to the door usually says hello. Sometimes the elevator in City Point acts up, so we end up taking the stairs, which is good for the legs I suppose. Lunchtime usually involves finding a quick bite somewhere nearby, and there are plenty of options around here. It’s a fast-paced environment because of the location, but we try to keep a steady head about us. We’ve had the same furniture for years and it’s held up well. It’s just our daily workspace where we handle the business at hand for the people who come to see us.
