Mahendra Housing Development Limited Liability Partnership is located at No. 51 on 17th Cross and 12th Main Road. We are in the 6th Sector of HSR Layout in Bangalore. Being in HSR means we are surrounded by a lot of energy and new businesses, but we’ve been around long enough to remember when it was a bit quieter. Our focus is mainly on housing development, which means we spend a lot of time thinking about how people live and what kind of spaces they need. We aren't a big, polished firm with a slick PR team. We are just a group of people who know how to get buildings up and how to handle the legal side of things. Our office is a busy place, usually filled with maps, blueprints, and plenty of coffee. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just look at a piece of land, figure out the best way to develop it, and then work through the long process of making it happen. It takes a lot of effort and sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned, but we stick with it until the job is done. We like being in the 6th Sector because it’s easy for people to find us, and it’s a good base for reaching our various project sites around the city.
