You can find us out toward Anekal, specifically at KNS Oasis on Ittangur Road. We are at number 29 in Phase 1. It is a bit of a drive out from the main city center, but we like it out here. The air feels a little different and there is plenty of room for us to move around. We do a lot of construction work in this part of Bangalore. There is always a lot of dust and noise when we are active on a site. Our setup is pretty simple. We have our office space where we track all the materials and the workers' schedules. It is a lot of logistics. Sometimes things go wrong, like a truck being late or the weather turning bad, but we just deal with it as it comes. We aren't big on fancy speeches or anything. We just want to get the walls up and the roofs on. Being in Karnataka means the sun is usually beating down on us, so we start early to beat the heat when we can. The Ittangur Road area is developing fast, so there is no shortage of things to do. We keep our heads down and focus on the bricks and mortar. It’s honest work and it keeps us occupied from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes even Sundays if a deadline is breathing down our necks. We have a few steady workers who have been with us through many builds. We just try to do right by the land and the houses we are putting up.
