We are based out of Yeshwanthpur, right on Triveni Road at number 1088 3. This part of Bangalore is always moving and shaking, which fits what we do perfectly. We deal with vehicles and transport stuff, so there’s always grease, spare parts, and heavy things lying around the shop floor. It’s definitely not a quiet office job. Most of us are more comfortable with a heavy wrench than sitting in front of a computer, though we do have to use both. The shop floor gets pretty loud during the day with all the banging and engine noises. We’ve been in this spot for a while and the neighbors know us by name. There is always a truck or a big bus being worked on somewhere nearby. We keep things pretty simple and grounded here. We show up early, look at what needs fixing or building, and we just do it. It’s a lot of physical work and long hours under the sun or in the shade of the bay. The air in Yeshwanthpur is always full of dust and engine smells, but we don’t mind it much. It’s just the environment we are used to. We aren't big on meetings or long presentations or fancy talk. We'd rather just show someone the actual work we finished. Our team is small but they really know their way around a diesel engine. Sometimes the heavy rain makes things difficult on the road outside, but the work inside the shed keeps moving. We just stay focused on the vehicles.
