We run M S Oracle India Bangalore India from a residential apartment complex called Pride Apartments in Bilekahalli. Specifically, we are in E 607, which is a bit of an unusual setup compared to the big glass towers you see elsewhere in Bangalore. Bannerghatta Road is right outside, and as anyone who lives here knows, the traffic is a constant topic of conversation. Despite the chaos of the road, once you get inside the apartment gates, it’s actually quite peaceful. We like the quiet because it lets us get our work done without too many interruptions. The apartment has been converted into our workspace, so it still has a bit of a homey feel to it. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea, and the living room area is where the main desks are. It’s not a corporate environment by any stretch of the imagination. We wear casual clothes and don’t follow any strict office protocols. It’s just a group of us working hard in a space that feels comfortable. Sometimes the security guards at the gate ask too many questions, but that’s just part of life in a Bangalore apartment. We’ve been in the 560076 area for a while now and don't see ourselves moving anytime soon. It’s a practical spot for us, and it works. We don't need a fancy lobby to prove we are doing our jobs right.
