M S Golden Gate Properties Ltd is situated at 1361, 6th Main in Block A of Sahakara Nagar. Bangalore has changed a lot over the years, but Sahakara Nagar still has that nice, established feel to it with plenty of trees and wider roads compared to the city center. Our office is a straightforward place where we handle property matters and meet with people looking for advice on real estate. It’s not a flashy showroom with giant screens or models of buildings. We just have a few comfortable chairs, some desks, and a lot of maps and brochures filed away in cabinets. We usually have the windows open to let in the breeze, though sometimes the dust from the road comes in with it. We don’t have a big team of sales people in suits trying to convince anyone of anything. We mostly just listen to what people are looking for and show them what is available in the books. It’s a relaxed way of working. Sometimes we spend more time talking about the local news or the weather with our visitors than we do about properties. We like that people feel they can just walk in and have a chat without feeling pressured. It’s been our home for a while now, and we’ve become a small part of the local landscape in this corner of Bangalore.
