Looking Job

You’ll find us at the C O Narainmunchappa Building in Bangalore, Karnataka 560083. We go by the name Looking Job. This building has been here for a long time, and it has a bit of character to it. Our office is up a flight of stairs that are a bit narrow. It’s a functional space, nothing more. We have a couple of old fans that creak a little, but they keep the air moving. This part of Bangalore is growing fast, and there are always people looking for something new. We started this because we wanted a place where people could just come in and talk. We don't like the cold, corporate way of doing things. Here, you get a seat and a glass of water while we chat. It’s very informal. Most of our furniture is mismatched because we bought it at different times. It doesn't look like a magazine photo, but it’s comfortable enough for us. We spend our time looking through listings and making connections. It’s a lot of manual work, checking and double-checking things. We don't make big claims about being the best or anything like that. We just work hard and try to be honest with everyone who walks through the door. The Narainmunchappa Building is our home base, and we’ve grown quite fond of this little corner of Karnataka over the years. We keep a small radio playing in the background most of the time.
