Our office is actually a flat, number 406 in the Keerthi Rendezvous building. It’s located in Pai Layout, Bangalore, 560016. Working out of a flat gives the place a different feel than a standard office building. It’s a bit more personal, I guess. You have to buzz in at the gate and take the lift up to the fourth floor. We’ve been here for some time now, and the neighbors are used to seeing us coming and going at odd hours. The space is filled with computers, cables, and a lot of half-empty coffee mugs. It’s where we do all our work for Logica Cmg. Pai Layout is a busy area, but once you’re inside the flat, it’s actually quite quiet. We have a small balcony where we sometimes take breaks to look at the traffic below. It’s not a corporate headquarters with a lobby and a fountain. It’s just a place where a few people get together to solve problems and write code. We don't have a dress code or anything like that. Most days, we’re just in jeans and t-shirts. It’s a practical setup that saves on costs and lets us focus on what really matters. It’s just a small, local operation trying to keep things running smoothly from a fourth-floor apartment. We like the independence of it. No big bosses breathing down our necks, just the work and our small team. It is a simple life at Logica Cmg Bangalore.
