Our office is located at Number 156 on the 9th Cross Road in Gangondanahalli. Most people know it as the Nayandanahalli area near the Mysore Road in Karnataka. It’s a place where we spend our days looking at maps, bus schedules, and train timings. Traveling sounds exciting, but for us, it’s a lot of sitting and making sure all the details are right for people. We aren't a big fancy agency with posters all over the walls. It’s more about the paperwork and the phone calls that never seem to stop. We handle the travel needs for folks in the neighborhood and beyond. Sometimes it gets a bit stressful when a flight is cancelled or a bus is late, but that’s just how it goes in this business. We don’t have a script when we talk to people; we just tell them what’s available and what the price is. The office is a bit tucked away, so you have to look for the cross road carefully. We’ve got a few computers that have seen better days and a whole lot of files. It’s a simple operation run by people who actually live around here. We know the shortcuts on Mysore Road and which times are best to avoid the traffic. We just show up, do our thing, and help people get where they need to go. It’s not always glamorous, but we like helping out the locals with their trips.
