Working out of Garden Apartments on Vittal Mallya Road is interesting because we are right across from UB City. You can see the big glass buildings from some of the windows on the 5th floor. Flat 254 is where we set up Legend Venkat Estates. It’s a very busy part of town, so finding parking for anyone visiting is always a bit of a headache. Inside the office, it’s just a regular workspace with some desks and a few chairs for guests. We spend most of our mornings going through emails and checking on estate details for our various projects. Being an LLP means there are a few of us sharing the load and making decisions together. Some days are very quiet, just us and the humming of the old air conditioner. Other days, it’s a bit chaotic with people coming in and out constantly. Vittal Mallya Road has a lot of energy, and being right in the middle of it keeps us on our toes. We handle things as they come. There’s no big corporate hierarchy here; we just sit together and figure out the tasks for the week. The apartment building itself is older, but it’s sturdy and has a lot of character compared to the new steel towers. We’ve grown fond of the local shops nearby where we grab lunch. It’s a decent place to run a business from, and we’ve been here long enough that the guards know us.
