Lampglow Solutions

Our base is at 35 Ajanta Nivas in Marathahalli. Marathahalli is a place that never really seems to sleep, but our little corner is a bit more settled than the main junction. Lampglow Solutions is run by a few of us who wanted a place that felt more like a home than a cold, corporate office building. The space is part of an older residential-style structure, so it has a cozy feel that you don't find in the new tech parks. We have a couple of big wooden tables where we set up our laptops and work through whatever projects are on the go that week. There isn’t a corporate policy on much of anything here. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and try to keep the place somewhat tidy. The kitchen is usually where we congregate when things get a bit stressful and we need a break. We deal with a lot of digital work, so we don't have much physical inventory lying around, which keeps the space fairly open and airy. Sometimes the neighbors’ dogs start barking in the middle of an important call, but that’s just part of life in a place like this. We don’t use a lot of fancy jargon or have long planning sessions. We just look at what needs building and get to it. It’s a simple and honest way to work. We like being in Marathahalli because everything is close, even if the traffic is bad.
