Kumar Associates

We’ve been here at Koramangala Vi Bk 22 for a bit now. It’s a busy spot, mostly because of the traffic outside, but inside Kumar Associates, things stay pretty steady. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the horns blaring, but you get used to it after a week or two. Our desks are mostly covered in files and those yellow sticky notes that never seem to stay stuck. We usually start the morning with some tea from the stall around the corner before getting into the day’s work. There’s no big sign or anything fancy out front, just the door. If you’re looking for us, we are right there in Block 22. People sometimes miss the entrance because it looks like any other building on the street. We don’t have a fancy lobby with a receptionist sitting there waiting. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just looks up and says hello. It’s mostly just us handling the paperwork and making sure things get filed where they belong. The light in the back room flickers a little in the afternoons, but nobody has gotten around to fixing it yet. We just keep the computers running and talk to whoever walks in. It’s a plain place, really. Just a few chairs, some old cabinets, and the usual office stuff you’d expect to see. We stay busy enough without needing any bells or whistles to get through the day. The building is a bit older, so the stairs can be steep, but it's home to us.
