Kriseva Infrastructure Llp is located at No 800, which we call Ananda Nilayam. It’s on the 3rd Main in the 5th Stage2Nd Phase of BEML Layout. This is a residential area, so it feels more like a home than a traditional office. We like it that way because it’s quiet and we don’t have the constant noise of the city center. The building itself is a regular house, and we’ve converted part of it into our workspace. We have a few rooms filled with computers and filing cabinets where we handle all the infrastructure planning. It’s a family-style environment where everyone knows each other. Being in BEML Layout means we are surrounded by trees and regular houses, which makes the workday feel a bit more relaxed. We usually start our mornings with a bit of planning in the main hall before everyone gets to their tasks. There isn’t any corporate hierarchy here; we just all pitch in to get the work done. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside, or you hear the vegetable vendor going down the street. It’s a very local way to run a business. We don’t have any polished marketing materials to show you. We just work from our office in Ananda Nilayam and handle our projects as they come. It’s a practical setup that works well for us, and we’ve been here long enough to feel like part of the furniture.
