We are located down at 14 24Th e Cross in Eijipura, right near Vivek Nagar Post in Bangalore. It’s a bit of a tucked-away spot, but that actually makes it a little quieter than being on the main road. The office is basically a few rooms where we keep our files and computers. We spend a lot of time here, mostly just working through whatever projects are currently on the board. Bangalore traffic is usually the main topic of conversation in the mornings when everyone finally makes it in. We don't have a fancy lobby or a bunch of slogans on the walls. It’s just a place where we do our jobs and try to stay out of the rain during monsoon season. The team here at Kpmg is small, and we’ve worked together long enough that we don’t need a lot of formal meetings. We just talk across the desks when something needs to be decided. It’s an honest way to spend the day, and we don’t feel the need to dress it up with marketing talk. We handle the paperwork, take care of the calls, and try to keep things organized. The snacks in the breakroom are usually gone by noon, and the water cooler is the main gathering spot. It’s a simple, local operation and we’re happy to be part of the community here.
