We are on the 3rd floor of the building at 1 1 in Bangalore. The pin code here is 560084. It’s a standard office space in a busy part of Karnataka. Being on the third floor means people have to take the stairs or the lift, so it’s not as walk-in heavy as a ground floor shop. We still see plenty of people throughout the day, though. The office is pretty basic, with white walls and standard desks. We spend a lot of time on the computers, handling the backend of bank accounts and making sure numbers match up. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. The view from the window is just other buildings and the busy street below. Sometimes the elevator is slow, so we tell people to be patient. We aren't a big corporate headquarters, just one of the many offices trying to keep things running smoothly. We talk to each other in plain English and treat customers the same way. No scripted greetings or anything like that here. We just ask what you need and try to get it done. It's a bit of a climb to get to us, but once you're here, it’s just a regular place with regular people working. We keep the files in order and make sure the coffee machine stays filled. It’s just a normal Bangalore office doing its part.
