We are located at No. 41 on Vittal Mallya Road. It's one of those parts of town that everyone knows, with the old trees and the fancy shops nearby. Our office isn't quite as posh as some of the neighbors, but it's where we do all our planning and development work. Kirthana3 has been operating out of this spot for a while now. The building has a lot of character, and we've kept our office space pretty simple. We spend a lot of time discussing plots and how to make the best use of the space we have for our projects. Vittal Mallya Road is always busy, especially in the evenings, so there is a lot of energy around us. We aren't really into big speeches or fancy presentations; we just show people what we're working on and talk through the details. Most of the staff has been with us for years, so we know how each other works without having to say much. There’s usually someone brewed a pot of tea, and we sit around the main table to go over the week's schedule. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with the city offices and the contractors. Sometimes things take longer than we want, but we try to keep things moving. We’ve seen many businesses come and go on this street, but we’ve managed to stay steady. It’s a good place to be, right in the center of the city’s history and its future. We take pride in the small details.
