We are set up on the second floor of building number 33 on 4th Main in Gm Palya. It’s a local neighborhood in Bangalore, and we’ve been here for a while. The office isn’t huge, but it’s enough space for the team to get things done. We deal with staffing and helping folks find jobs in different sectors. Most days are spent on the phone or typing away. The building itself is a bit older, and the stairs can be a bit of a climb, but it keeps us moving. We have a few desks squeezed in and a small area for meetings that usually just ends up being where we keep the extra stationery. The view from the second floor isn't much, just the houses and shops across the street. There is a small bakery nearby that smells great in the afternoons. Sometimes the internet acts up, but we manage. We aren't a high-rise corporate office with glass walls. It’s more of a lived-in space with some peeling paint and mismatched chairs. We focus on the work rather than how the office looks. People come in to drop off resumes or ask about openings. We try to be helpful without making things too complicated. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people doing their bit in Bangalore. We don't have much for decor, just a few calendars on the walls and plenty of pens.
