Karthikeya Housing Llp

We are over here at Karthikeya Housing Llp in Yelahanka New Town. Our office is on the first floor of this building in A Sector, right in the middle of everything. It’s not a very big place, just enough room for us to keep our files and meet people who come by asking about houses. Most days we are just busy with the usual paperwork that comes with housing stuff. My desk is usually covered in site maps and some old coffee mugs. We’ve been in this part of Bangalore for a while now, so we know the local streets pretty well. It’s a nice area because it’s not as chaotic as the main city center, but it keeps us busy enough. People usually just drop in without calling first, which is fine by us. We spend a lot of time on the phone or just driving out to check on things. It’s a lot of practical work, nothing fancy. The weather in Bangalore is alright most of the time, so the windows stay open. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, but you get used to it. We just try to get the jobs done and handle whatever comes our way each morning. There’s always some new rule or some change in the layout to look at. It’s just how it goes when you work in housing. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us here trying to keep things moving along.
