Kaali Photography

We run Kaali Photography out of Banashankari 1. It is a nice part of the city to be in, and we like the vibe around here. Photography is one of those jobs where you are either out on a shoot or stuck behind a screen for hours. Our space is where we keep all the cameras, lenses, and tripods tucked away. It’s not a huge studio, but it works for what we need. We don't really go for the corporate look. Most of the time, we are just in our regular clothes, drinking coffee and looking at photos. People in Banashankari know us as the local photographers. We get all kinds of jobs, from small events to just taking some portraits. Every day is a bit different, which is why we like it. Sometimes the light is perfect and things go easy, other times we are struggling with a flash that won't fire. That’s just part of the trade. We don't have a big team or a receptionist. If you call, you’re probably talking to the person who will actually be taking the pictures. We like to keep it direct and simple like that. It’s a lot of work to get the right shot, but we’ve been doing it long enough that it feels natural. We just take it as it comes and try to do a decent job for whoever walks in.
