K V S Enterprises is situated in the Peenya Industrial Area at number 41. Working in Peenya is different from working in the city center. It’s loud, there are trucks everywhere, and it smells like metal and oil most of the time. Our place at 41 is a solid building that fits right in with the rest of the industrial zone. We don’t have any carpets or fancy art on the walls. It’s concrete floors and metal shelves because that’s what works for what we do. The daily grind here starts early before the heat really sets in. We deal with a lot of local suppliers and other businesses in the area. There’s no pretending to be something we’re not; it’s a hardworking environment and we’re okay with that. Sometimes the power goes out or the road outside gets blocked by a big delivery, but we just roll with it. The office part of the building is small and tucked into the corner so we can keep an eye on things. We have a small table for tea breaks where we talk about the news or the weather. It’s not the kind of place you’d come for a fancy visit, but it’s where we get things done. We’ve been part of the Peenya landscape for a long time now and we know how the system works around here.
