We are based in the Makarpura Industrial Estate, specifically at number 6, while also having roots in BTM Layout. Being in an industrial area means things are always moving. You can hear the sounds of machines and trucks throughout the day. We deal with fasteners, which sounds simple but there is a lot to it. We have shelves and bins full of different sizes and types of nuts, bolts, and screws. It’s a dusty environment but that’s just the nature of the work. We’ve been doing this for years and have seen many businesses come and go in this estate. Our daily routine is mostly about filling orders and checking our stock levels. Sometimes we have to hunt for a very specific part that someone needs urgently. It’s a bit like a puzzle. We aren't a big corporate office. We are just a group of people who understand how these small parts hold everything together. The office is small and usually smells like metal and oil. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements. Most people find us because they are in the trade and know we carry what they need. We have a few old delivery bikes that have seen better days but still get the job done. It’s hard work and the hours can be long, but we stay until the last order is packed. We just focus on being reliable for our regulars and keeping things simple.
