Jpmorgan Chase operates out of Flat 102 in Krishna Resedency, located in the 6th Phase of JP Nagar in Bangalore. It might sound a bit different to have an office in a residency building, but it works well for us. It’s a bit more relaxed than a giant glass tower. We are right there in the middle of a residential neighborhood, which gives the place a much more local feel. We have been here for a while and the neighbors are used to us coming and going. The office itself is just a regular flat that we’ve set up with desks and computers. It’s comfortable and gets the job done. JP Nagar is a great area, but the traffic on the main roads can be a real headache sometimes. Luckily, our spot is a bit tucked away. We don’t have a big corporate sign outside, just our name on the directory. We are a small team at this location. We handle the local tasks and keep things moving. There’s no fancy coffee machine or lounge area, just a kitchen where we make our own tea. We like it this way because it feels more like a small business than a giant company. We just focus on our daily tasks and try to stay organized. It's a simple, honest way to work in a busy city like Bangalore. Most people who come to see us are surprised by how quiet it is inside.
