It is not hard to find if you follow the Pipe Line Road landmarks. Inside, the office is pretty basic. We have rows of desks with old monitors and a lot of wires running along the floor. We try to keep things organized, but with so much paperwork, it gets a bit cluttered sometimes. There is a small fan in the corner that helps when the Bangalore heat picks up in the afternoon. We usually get our tea from a small shop a few doors down. The people working here are mostly locals from the Vijayanagar area, so we speak a mix of English and Kannada. It is a very straightforward place. We don't have any fancy lounge areas or high-end coffee machines. We just have our workstations and a small space to eat our lunch. The traffic on Pipe Line Road can be quite loud, so we usually keep the windows shut to stay focused on the tasks. It is a functional and honest workspace for the Jp Morgan Chase team in this neighborhood. Nothing fancy, just a place to get the work done. The rent is decent and the location is convenient for most of us.
