Joy Constructions

Joy Constructions is located on Dm Street at the 1st Cross in Ulsoor 27. Our office is a busy spot where we handle all the planning and paperwork for our building projects. It is not a very clean or tidy place because we are always bringing in samples of tiles, bricks, or wood from different sites. You might find a few hard hats sitting on the chairs or some muddy boots by the door. Ulsoor is a lively neighborhood, and our street can be quite narrow, making it interesting when we have to unload supplies. We spend a lot of time on the phone with various workers and suppliers to make sure everything is moving along as it should. There are blueprints spread out over almost every flat surface in the room. We’ve been at this Dm Street address for many years, so we’ve seen a lot of changes in the buildings around us. It is a lot of hard work and sometimes things get a bit stressful when we are trying to hit a deadline. We don't have any promotional videos or polished sales pitches. We just point to the work we’ve done in the past. The office feels like a place where real things happen, with the smell of old paper and sometimes a bit of cement dust in the air. We keep a small kettle for making tea during the long afternoons when we are trying to figure out a tricky part.
