Our office is over at number 40 on 12th Main. We are pretty close to CM National School in Muthyal Nagar. If you’re in the Mathikere area of Bangalore, you’ve probably passed by us. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of schools and shops. Our building is nothing out of the ordinary. Inside, it’s just us and our computers. We’ve got some plants that we try to keep alive. Sometimes we forget to water them. It’s a bit of a lived-in space. We don’t have a lot of fancy decorations or a grand entrance. We just come in, sit down, and start the day’s work. There’s always someone on the phone or typing away. We have our routines. Coffee at ten, lunch around one. We talk about the traffic in Bangalore a lot because it’s usually bad. It’s a normal office with normal people. We don't use a lot of jargon. We just try to help people out with what they need. It can get a bit loud when the school nearby lets out. We’ve stayed here because it’s a good location for us. It feels grounded. We aren't some distant corporation. We’re right here on 12th Main, dealing with the same things everyone else is. It’s just a practical, honest place to work from every day. We hope to stay here for a long time to come. It’s where Job Accord India Pvt Ltd does its thing.
