Jaysun Associates

We are based out of Gruhalakshmi Housing Colony in the first stage of Basaveswaranagar. Being in Bangalore, the traffic can be a real headache, but this neighborhood is actually a bit quieter than the main city center. Jaysun Associates is a small operation. We have been sitting in this office at number 61 1 for a good while now. Our desks are usually covered in files, blueprints, and plenty of pens that half-work. It is a local place where we handle bits and pieces of consultancy and paperwork for folks around here. We don't have a big staff, just a few people who know the local rules and how things get done. The office has that old-school feel to it, maybe a bit dusty on the shelves, but we know where everything is. Clients usually come in and sit on the plastic chairs we have near the door while we look through their documents. It’s not the kind of place where you get fancy coffee, but we usually have some tea going. Sometimes we are out on site visits, so the office might be locked for an hour or two in the afternoon. We like being part of the 560079 community because it feels like home. We’ve seen the colony change over the years, but our spot stays pretty much the same. It’s a steady pace of work and we prefer it that way instead of rushing around like the bigger firms.
