Jayanth Construction

Our office is at 210 in Jayanagar 7th Block. We’ve been working out of this spot for quite a while now. Jayanth Construction isn't one of those massive developers with billboards all over the city. We are a smaller team that focuses on local projects. You’ll usually find us with rolls of blueprints spread out over the table or out on a site somewhere nearby. Jayanagar is a great neighborhood, and being in the 7th Block puts us right in the middle of things. The office always has a bit of dust on the shelves, which is probably expected in our line of work. We don't have a receptionist in a suit or a fancy lobby. Usually, you just walk in and talk to whoever is available at the time. We handle the small stuff and the bigger jobs too, whatever comes our way. The phone rings a lot, mostly people asking about timelines or materials. We try to be honest about how long things take. Construction is messy and sometimes there are delays with the weather or the labor, and we don't try to hide that. We just do the best we can with the resources we have. We’ve built a few of the houses you see around this area. It’s good to see the finished work when you’re driving home after a long day. We’re just regular builders trying to do a solid job for whoever hires us.
