We are Janardhana Janardhana Associates, and our office is located on Avenue Road at F 102. If you know Avenue Road, you know how crowded and lively it can be with all the shops and traders. We’ve been part of this area for a good while. Our office at F 102 isn't very large, but it’s got everything we need to run the business. We are usually surrounded by stacks of files and the sound of the street outside. It’s a very local feel here. We don't have a big corporate board or fancy titles. We just call ourselves associates and get on with the work. Every day is a bit different depending on who walks through the door. We spend a lot of time on basic administrative tasks and meeting with people from around the neighborhood. Avenue Road is great because you can find almost anything you need nearby. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet is slow, but we just deal with it and keep moving. We’ve built a reputation just by being consistent and showing up every morning. We don’t do much advertising because people usually just find us by walking past or hearing about us from a neighbor. It’s a simple way of working that has served us well over the years. We just try to be helpful to everyone who visits our office at F 102.
