We set up our main office at 799 1 in New Thippasandra quite a while back. It’s a decent spot in a part of Bangalore that has seen so much growth lately. We do construction work, mostly handling small to medium building projects around this local area. The office is basically just a place for us to keep our tools, maps, and rolls of blueprints. You won't find any marble floors, fancy lighting, or glass walls here. It’s mostly dusty boots in the corner and stacks of cement bags or bricks outside the door. We spend much more time out at the actual building sites than we do sitting behind these old desks. When we are in the office, we’re usually arguing over material costs or checking the local weather report to see if we can pour concrete. Construction is a messy and loud business, but it’s what we know how to do. We’ve been through some really tough monsoon seasons that slowed us down, but we always get back to the job. The neighbors all know us as the guys who are always loading up the trucks early in the morning. It’s a noisy job, but someone has to build the houses for people to live in. We don't use big marketing words or fancy sales pitches. We just show people the buildings we’ve finished and let the work speak for itself. Sometimes the paperwork piles up because we’d rather be on the site.
