You can find us at No 316 on the 4th Cross of MES School Street, over in Parvathi Nagar, Leggere. This is where Itsupportdesk is based. Bangalore is a huge city for tech, but we’re tucked away in a more residential-feeling part of town. We’ve been here in the 560058 area for quite some time now. Our work is exactly what the name says—we sit at our desks and help people with their IT problems. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy. The office is usually filled with the sound of keyboards clicking and someone talking on the phone to a client who can’t get their computer to start. We have a few desks squeezed into the room, and there’s always a pile of hardware in the corner waiting to be looked at. We don't have a big corporate structure. If something needs to be done, whoever is free just grabs it and starts working. We like the local feel of Leggere. It’s nice to be away from the huge tech parks sometimes. We know the local shops and the people around here. We just want to provide a reliable place where people can get their tech issues sorted without a lot of fuss. It’s just us, a few computers, and a lot of patience for troubleshooting. That’s pretty much the whole story of our little office on MES School Street.
