Instruments Insulation Maintenance Engine operates out of Jayanagar. We are located at 180 44, specifically around the 3rd Cross and 5th Main Road area. If you’ve spent any time in Jayanagar, you know it has a specific feel to it, with the way the streets are laid out. We spend our days dealing with a mix of things, mostly focusing on maintenance and keeping insulation parts in good shape. It’s a lot of physical work. We are often moving things around or checking on engines to see if they are holding up like they should. Our workspace is pretty cluttered because we have a lot of tools and materials that we use for the maintenance jobs. It isn't the cleanest place, but we know where everything is. The 3rd Cross is usually busy, so there’s always something happening outside our door. We don’t really have a big staff, just a few of us who know how to handle the equipment. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we are looking up a part number or something. Most of our time is spent on the floor or at the bench. It’s the kind of work where your hands stay dirty most of the day. We like it that way because it means we are actually getting things done. We’ve been in this part of Jayanagar for a while, and the routine of the 5th Main Road has become a big part of our daily life.
