Infosys Ltd has a spot here at Hs 213 in the Ittena Neela Housing Society. We are located in Ananthnagar, which is quite close to Electronic City in Bangalore. Living and working in the 560100 area means you're always near the tech heart of the city, but being in a housing society makes it feel a bit more like a community. It’s not a massive skyscraper. It’s just a building where we’ve set up our operations. The office is functional and a bit cramped sometimes when everyone is in, but we make it work. We have our routine: get in, check the messages, and start on the pile of work. There’s always plenty to do. The neighborhood is mostly families and other workers, so it’s pretty calm during the day. We don't have a big HR department on-site or a cafeteria. We usually just bring our own tiffins or go out to a local stall. It’s a very down-to-earth environment. We don't use much corporate jargon here; we just talk like normal people. It’s a decent place to spend the day, and we try to keep things organized without making a big fuss about it. The commute can be a bit of a pain with the Bangalore road work, but once we're here, it's just about getting the tasks done and out the door.
