Our office is in the Theressa Building, specifically Flat A1. It’s tucked away on the 16th Main in BTM Layout Stage II. Finding 10A Cross can be a bit tricky the first time because the lanes all start to look the same after a while, but we’ve gotten used to it. The building is a regular residential-style structure turned into a workspace. It’s got a bit of a homey feel because of that, rather than being a cold office environment. We’re in Bangalore 560076, and like most of this area, it’s quite packed. The Flat A1 setup is basic. We’ve got desks and some chairs, and we try to keep things organized, though it gets a bit messy when we’re really busy. There isn’t a big sign outside or anything like that. It’s just a place where we come to handle the BPO side of things for the company. We share the building with others, so we try to be quiet in the hallways. The 16th Main is a major artery for this part of BTM, so there’s always noise from the street, but once you’re inside Flat A1, it’s mostly just the sound of typing and people talking. We don’t have a fancy canteen or a gym; we just have our work and each other. It’s a very honest way to work, just being in a regular building in a regular neighborhood. We focus on the tasks at hand and don't worry about the rest of the world.
