Infosys Bpo

TS Mansion is where we are set up, specifically in GB Palaya. The address says Hosur, Tamil Nadu, which is just down the road since we are right on the edge of the state line. It is a bit of a trek for some, but the area has its own rhythm. The building is not anything too crazy, just a solid place that has been around. Being near the highway means there is always a lot of dust and the sound of trucks in the distance. We have got a good group of people here who manage the Infosys Bpo work. Most days are pretty much the same—log in, handle the tasks, take a break, and head home. The food nearby is actually quite decent if you like local spots. We often send someone out to get snacks for the whole team when we are having a long afternoon. The weather stays a bit warmer out here than in the heart of Bangalore, I think. We do not have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. You just come in, say hello to the security guard, and get to your desk. It feels very grounded here. There is no pretense. We just focus on the work we have in front of us. It gets busy during the shift changes when everyone is swapping seats and catching up on what happened while they were away. It is just a working environment, plain and simple, without any extra bells and whistles.
