Indian Estates

Indian Estates is located in the Sunshine Apartments over in Jaya Nagar 9th Block. We are in unit 303 on the East End D Main Road. It is a nice enough spot, a bit more residential than the busy city center, which we actually prefer. We have been working out of this apartment for a while now. It isn't your typical glass-and-steel office building. It feels more personal, almost like you are just visiting a neighbor to chat. We handle property stuff, mostly around this side of town. Jaya Nagar is a big place, but the 9th Block has its own specific feel. We know the streets around here pretty well after all these years. We don't have a lot of staff, just a few of us who have been doing this work for a long time. We aren't trying to change the whole world. We just want to help people find what they need without giving them any headaches. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing all day, and other days it is quiet enough to actually hear the birds outside. We don't use high-pressure tactics because that's not our style at all. We just show the properties and let people decide for themselves. It is a straightforward way of doing things, and it seems to work for us and the people we deal with. Being at Sunshine Apartments keeps us close to the local community.
