You can find us at 123 B, 4th Block, on 5th Main in Rajajinagar. We share the space with Vsharanakumar, so look for that name if you’re coming by. Bangalore is a big city, but our little corner of Rajajinagar feels like a community. We’ve been doing construction and building work from this office for a long time. It’s a simple setup. We have a couple of desks, some old filing cabinets that squeak when you open them, and a big table where we spread out the site plans. It’s not a shiny corporate headquarters. It’s a place where we drink a lot of coffee and talk about cement, steel, and deadlines. Sometimes the rain in Bangalore catches us off guard and we have to scurry to cover things up, but we’re used to it by now. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act more important than we are. We’re just builders who know the local area and how to get things done. Dealing with permits and contractors takes up most of our hours. We have a few staff members who have been with us since the start. We know the local shops and the guys who sell snacks on the corner. It’s a basic operation, but we just show up every day and try to make sure the projects we’re handling are moving along. It’s just honest work.
