Our spot is over at No 251, Block 24 in the LIC Flats. It’s right there on the 25th Main, 10th Cross in JP Nagar 1st Phase. If you know Bangalore, you know this area is pretty established. Being in the LIC flats means it’s a lot of families and people who have been around for a long time. I run things independently from here. It’s not a shiny tech office like you see in other parts of the city. It’s a home-based setup where the dining table often doubles as a desk. I handle all my own business without a big team behind me. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped with all the files and the computer gear, but it works for what I need to do. The 10th Cross is usually busy with people heading to the shops or the park, so there’s always some noise outside. I’ve lived in Bangalore long enough to stop worrying about the sounds of the city. Being an independent worker here means I set my own hours, though I usually end up working more than I planned. I don't use any fancy systems or have a board of directors. It’s just me and my space in JP Nagar. It’s an honest way to make a living and I like being tucked away in a regular residential block instead of a sterile office park. It keeps things grounded for me.
