INCONS HOMESCAPE LLP

Incons Homescape Llp is located in Yelahanka. We have our space at No. 1, 2, and 3 in Bhadranna Layout, over in Maruthi Nagar. It’s in the Kogilu 3 area, which is a part of town that has been seeing a lot of new houses lately. We handle things related to homes and layouts. Our office isn’t one of those glass-and-steel places. It’s more of a practical workspace where we can spread out our plans and talk to people. We spend a lot of time out in the layout itself or meeting with folks who are looking for a new place to stay. Being in Maruthi Nagar means we are close to the action. We like the vibe around here because it’s a mix of families and new businesses. Our team is small and we don't bother with corporate jargon. We just tell it like it is. If a project is behind, we say so. If something looks good, we say that too. We’ve got a few different units here to keep everything organized. It’s a lot of walking back and forth between the different sections of the office. Yelahanka is a good place for us because it’s growing, and people always need help with their homescapes. We just try to do a decent job and stay out of trouble. It’s local work for local people, and that suits us just fine. We have been here long enough that most people in the layout know us by now and stop by often.
