Imperial Court Apartments Owners Association

If you go to the corner of Saraspur Bridge on Cunningham Road, you will find the Imperial Court Apartments. Our office is right there at 33 1. We are the Owners Association, which basically means we are the ones who try to keep everything from falling apart. It is an older building, and it has its fair share of problems, like leaky pipes or elevators that get stuck sometimes. We don't have a fancy corporate office. It’s just a room with some filing cabinets, a few old chairs, and a desk that has seen better days. We spend a lot of time talking to the residents about their issues and trying to find people to come and fix things. It can be a bit stressful when multiple things go wrong at once, but we just take it one day at a time. We know everyone who lives here, from the families who have been around for decades to the new people who just moved in. We handle the bills, the security guards, and the cleaning staff. It’s a lot of small tasks that add up. We don't have a grand vision or anything like that. We just want the building to be a decent place for people to live. It is a local community effort, and we do our best with what we have. Most days are just about solving small problems before they get too big or too expensive to fix.
