IKSHA PROPERTIES LLP is based over at No. 104 in Nagadevanahalli, which is out toward Kengeri. If you know that side of Bangalore, you know it has been growing quite a lot lately with the new metro and all the road work. Our office is a small, functional space where we handle property matters. We aren't one of those huge real estate firms with dozens of branches; we just stay focused on our local area. Most of our work involves helping people with land and property details, which means we spend a lot of time at the local government offices or out on site visits. Nagadevanahalli is a bit more laid back than the city center, but it is still busy in its own way. We usually have a few people stopping by to ask about plots or just to check on the status of their paperwork. We don't use a lot of professional jargon because we think it just confuses things for everyone. We just tell people how it is and what needs to happen next. Kengeri has its own vibe, and we’ve settled in here quite well over the years. Our team is just a few dedicated people who know the local geography inside and out. We aren't looking to change the world, just to do a decent job for the people who walk through our door and need some help with their property.
