Iffco Tokio Genera Insurance Co Ltd

This Iffco Tokio branch is over in Bangalore, specifically in the Oramappa area. It is a bit tucked away but we have been here for a while now. The office is pretty standard with the usual chairs and a water cooler that makes a loud noise every time someone uses it. Bangalore weather is usually okay but the traffic to get here can be a real nightmare for our staff and the people coming to see us. We handle a lot of the general insurance stuff like for houses or health. It is not very exciting work but it is important for the families around here. We have a lot of regular people who come in every year just to say hello and pay their premiums. Most of the furniture is a bit old and the carpet has seen better days but it works for what we need. We don't have any fancy signs or big lights out front. Sometimes we get behind on the filing because there is just so much of it coming in every week. My desk is always a mess of sticky notes and half-empty pens. We try to help everyone who walks through the door as best as we can without making things too complicated. It is just a regular group of people working here, trying to keep up with all the new rules and making sure the computer system doesn't crash during a busy afternoon. There are better offices in the city, but we like this one.
