Idl

Idl is based in Vimal Chambers, right on 70 M G Road in Bangalore. Being in the 560001 area means we are right in the thick of things. MG Road is always crowded, and the noise from the street never really stops. Our office in Vimal Chambers is one of several in the building. It’s an older building, and the elevator can be a bit slow sometimes, so we often just take the stairs. The space itself is simple, with enough room for our equipment and a few chairs for when someone drops by. We have been here for years and have seen the city change so much around us. It’s a practical location because it’s easy for everyone to get to, even if the traffic is a nightmare. We don't have any polished marketing materials or a fancy reception desk. Usually, you’ll find us hunched over our work or talking on the phone. The carpets are a bit worn and the lighting is just standard office flourescents. We aren't trying to be a big corporate entity; we just run Idl as a local business. Most of our day is spent dealing with the usual chores of running a shop on a busy main road. We like the energy of the city, even if it gets exhausting sometimes. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people trying to do a good job every day. The office might be a bit small, but it works for what we do.
