Finding our place in Bangalore can be a bit of a challenge if you aren't familiar with the layout of Ejipura. We are located at Meenakshi Residency, which is on the first main road, specifically the 4th cross in Ashwini Layout. It’s one of those parts of the city that feels tucked away but is actually right in the middle of everything. The traffic around Bangalore 34 can be quite something, as anyone living here knows. We get to the office and start our day while the city is already humming outside. The building itself is a residential complex, so it has a different feel than a big glass office tower. It’s more quiet in some ways, except for the usual sounds of the neighborhood. Our team at Icici here is quite small, and we’ve mostly gotten to know the regulars who live in the apartments nearby. The space inside is simple, nothing too polished, just where we sit and work on the daily tasks. Sometimes the elevator acts up or the rain makes the street a bit messy, but that’s just life in Bangalore for you. We don’t have any big signs or flashy lights, just our door at T1. We spend the day going through files and answering the phone. It’s a practical setup for us. We like being in this part of town because it feels like a real community instead of just a business district where nobody knows your name.
