You will find us on the 3rd Main road in SBM Colony, which is part of the Anandnagar area in Bangalore. It is a nice, established neighborhood with a lot of families and local shops sitting around us. This ICICI Bank office is pretty small and fits right into the street without standing out too much. We are not one of those massive tech-hub offices you see on the other side of Bangalore. We are just a local branch where people can come in and get their chores done. The atmosphere is usually fairly relaxed, though it can get a bit hectic during the middle of the month when bills are due. Most of the staff has been working here for a while, so we know the local shortcuts and where to find the best tea nearby. We handle all the standard stuff like account openings and deposits without making a big deal out of the process. There is no corporate script we follow; we just talk to people like normal neighbors. The building is simple and we keep things functional inside. We do not really do promotional speeches or anything like that. We just focus on keeping the records straight and helping anyone who comes through the door. It is a steady, quiet place to work and we like being part of the Anandnagar community.
