Our address is 1165 Patel Nanjundappa Lane in Ramaswamy Palya. It’s just off Kammanahalli Main Road here in Bangalore 560033. This part of town has a lot of energy. We’re tucked into a lane that’s a bit narrow, so parking is always a headache for anyone visiting Ibm. The building itself is just a standard Bangalore structure. We have the office on one of the middle floors. It’s a bit dark inside because the buildings are so close together, but we have enough lights. We aren’t really into the whole corporate culture thing. We just show up, do what needs doing, and go home. There’s a small balcony where some of us go to get a bit of air. It overlooks the street where you can see the local life going by. The desks are a bit cluttered with papers and old mugs. We try to keep it organized, but it doesn't always stay that way. The bathroom sink leaks a tiny bit, but we’ve got a bucket under it for now. It’s just a real place where real people work. We don't have any big mission statements on the walls. We just have our work and each other. It’s a practical setup for the kind of stuff we handle every day. We don't need a lot of space to stay busy. It works for what we need.
