We’re located in a house, actually. It’s House No 7, up on the second floor in BTM Second Stage. To find us, you have to navigate through 3rd E Cross and look for 21st Main. It’s a residential area mostly, so it’s quieter than the main roads. Ibm India has this small space where a few of us work on various projects. Since it’s a house, it feels a bit more personal than a big office block. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea in the afternoons. The stairs are a bit narrow, so carrying heavy equipment up is always a bit of a struggle. Most people who work here live close by, so they walk or ride their scooters. It’s a very local feel. We aren't trying to be anything fancy. We just have our desks set up and we get to work. Sometimes the internet acts up and we all have to wait for it to come back, which gives us a chance to talk. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood, like dogs barking or someone selling vegetables on the street. It’s a normal, everyday kind of place. We don't have a receptionist or a big lobby. You just walk in and we're right there at our computers. It's been our base in Bangalore 560076 for quite some time now.
