Our office is located in Vinayaknagar, Bangalore, specifically at L V Homes in apartment 301. It’s on 10th Cross, 8th Main, in the B Block. Being in an apartment building makes the whole thing feel much more casual than a standard office park. You have to walk up the stairs or take the small lift to the third floor to find us. The pin code is 560017. Bangalore is famous for its traffic, and our corner of Vinayaknagar is no different. It can take a long time just to go a few kilometers. Inside the flat, we’ve converted the rooms into working spaces. It’s a bit tight when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We have a small balcony where some of us go to get some air or take a phone call away from the noise of the computers. There isn't any fancy branding on the doors. We just have a small nameplate for Ibm India. The kitchen in the flat is where we spend a lot of time making coffee and eating lunch. It’s a very local way to run things. Sometimes the power goes out, which is common here, but we have a backup to keep the computers running. It’s just a normal group of people in a normal apartment doing our best to get through the work list every week.
